Khumpui Academy has been recently affiliated (switch over)to the CBSE from TBSE by the initiative of the Department of School Education,Govt.of Tripura from the academic session (2020-2021).It is a Senior Secondary School from Nursery to class-XII which is run and managed by the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) as a special and model school of the Council which is situated in the heart of Khumulwng,the Headquarters of the TTAADC.. It is a premier Educational Institution of the TTAADC and recognized as a Govt.School. Khumpui Academy is also attached with the Boarding House facilities, its total intake capacity is 400 i,e, 200 Boys and 200 Girls.
